Archived Flash SmartClips
These are some rather old Flash SmartClips I made. I think they'll still work in Flash MX 2004, but I haven't tested them in a while. If you have any feedback you'd like to leave about these components, or perhaps a bug report / feature request, feel free to drop in at the Number A Forums.
As of now, all of these components are free to use by anybody. I don't have a proper license up yet, but basically you can use them however you'd like, but if you include them in your projects or web sites you have to email me so I can add you to my list of users. That's really all I want.
Here's the list of SmartClips in the Archive:
- TextWriter SmartClip - Write text one character at a time with custom effects.
- Follow Mouse SmartClip - Make a clip follow the mouse on a spring.
- FloatWidget SmartClip - Make a clip float around. Use the Constrained Wander Component if you have Flash MX or better.
- Motion Blur SmartClip - Make a clip blur as it moves. Use the Motion Blur Component if you have Flash MX or better.
- Motion Trail SmartClip - Make a clip leave a trail. Use the Motion Trail Component if you have Flash MX or better.
